wet minxxx

not much of a beach bunny myself - even though i currently part time reside in and grew up in Byron Bay (look i was into riding ponies and reading magazines ok?)
i almost wet myself with excitement (scuze the lammme pun) when i saw these bad boys.
would seriously consider taking on Lane Beachly just so I could wear the Frankie or the Luxe
(and perve on hot surfer boys). totally would wear the frankie jacket out side of the water too...
and i'm loving the neon splice sleeve detail on the luxe bodysuit.

seriously, if your one for the waves and a lady check this shit out.
its ammmazing.

the heart is a lonely hunter

I love Russh editorials, always so beautiful and inspiring, not just about the fashion but the whole mood as well. another favorite editorial from over the years is this one featuring the beautiful Katie in that awesome preen sheer blouse. i love the image of her in the green field. so striking with the colour difference.

ain't got no home

I've got the arduous task of packing and shifting on my hands at the moment, which involves lugging my magazine collection from house to house. (love seeing the un presuming removalists pick up what they think will be a light book box only to cripple under the weight of a box full of russh. teee hee )
this time round, i also have to clean out my hoardage of magazines which have been living in my teenage bedroom at my parents - mum has threatened on many occasions (and followed through- biatch) throwing out beloved magazines, claiming "it attracts the silver fish" - pfft.
anyway, i have hundreds of ripped out pages that i used to make books full of collages with, and folders dedicated to "wallpaper images" its quite out of hand...
going through the rip outs though is like a walk back in the past, and still some editorials make me swooon, like the one above from RUSSH #25 - aint got no home editorial
i remember literally dying over those willow boots, seeing them on high rotation on the styling schedules of more than several magazines. still dye over them. still love the raw grungy styling of this editorial.. all double layer tanks and unzipped flys, tied waists and baseball tees.

YESS FASHION

So i have an unhealthy obsession with my hair and changing its colour every time i get bored.
so im half way committed to going asain blonde...(its like, carrot top half way mark right now, so gross) anyways, i love love love seeing asian platinum blondes, because it makes me feel like i can pull it off haha, (though im only part Japanese so maybe i cant get away with it...)

anyway, my latest obsession is Japanese model Eriko- i remember seeing a couple of photos of her back in june/july and obviously dragging them to the hair inspiration folder instantly,
but only just discovered her blog with all these amazing crazy photos.
gahhh really wish i was fully japanese right now so i could sauce up the whole fooook me?
girl look...
she reminds me of three of my all time fave models - dual kim (rip i lovee you dual) cross abbey lee, natasha poly and deborah d when she was blonde (Asian Aussie babe model)

for more Eriko madness visit her blog or tumblr
goddd i wish i was Eriko

flaming babes

wow

Just had a full perv of the new campaign shoot from lee, featuring the amazing Zipp with flaming red hair, and the awesome Taylor Warren shot in NYC styled by Imogen Barren... basically an orgy of awesome people in a sweeet ass penthouse.
had the opportunity of working with Taylor on the bonds colour campaign with Zanita and Sue Ann a couple of months ago and had a blast. and ive been a bit of a Taylor fan since discovering that amazing shoot in No Magazine shot by Jason lee parry.

Anyway, Zippora as a flaming red head!!! love it almost as much as Julie Cooper or Taylor Tomasi Hill.
great now I want to be a red head again.
